100% Alvarinho wine, fermented and aged in French oak barrels that express the most genuine characteristics of the grape variety, in a balanced harmony with the wood. Prestige, elegance, freshness, and complexity are a constant that accompanies the aroma and flavor of this wine. VINIFICATION: From the oldest vineyards of the Sub-Region, a careful selection is made of the grapes with the highest degree of ripeness. These are exclusively transported in 20kg boxes, pressed whole, and with skin maceration. The must is clarified at 12º C for 48 hours and fermented and aged in French oak barrels for several months.
