Description
Vinification of the Alvarinho Soalheiro Reserva 2021 Wine: The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are handpicked in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. After pressing, the obtained must decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and aging in French Oak Barrels (new and used barrels), remaining on fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June.
