Description
Vinification of Herdade Arrepiado Velho Verdelho Branco: Manual harvest in 25Kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a sorting table. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Alcoholic fermentation occurred at 12ºC. It was aged in stainless steel tanks with fermentation at controlled temperatures.
