Description
Description
The Baga codfish is born in a terroir ideal for the Baga grape variety (clay-limestone soils and west-facing exposure). A traditional vinification was carried out with cold pre-fermentative maceration and prolonged cuvaison that allowed obtaining an intense wine in color, aroma, and flavor, and very elegant. A 14-month aging in new 300-liter barrels of French and Russian oak was the final stage before bottling.
