Description
Description
During winemaking, the skins macerate for 12 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC, using only the purest lágrima must. The Bacalhoa Bical Bairrada Clássico Branco 2021 is produced exclusively with grapes from the Bical variety. We ferment 60% of the wine in new and 1-year-old French oak barrels, with battonage (stirring of the fine lees to enhance the wine's gustatory structure) carried out for 6 months. The wine aged for 12 months in the bottle.
