Vinification of Bajancas Grande Reserva: The grapes, after arriving at the winery, are destemmed. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks. After the start of alcoholic fermentation, remontages are carried out. Vinification ends with post-fermentative maceration. Aging: In new 500-liter French oak barrels, for a period of 18 months.
