    Description

    Vinification of Bajancas Reserva Branco: Pneumatic pressing of the whole grape. Cold settling for 48 hours in an inert environment. Start of fermentation with temperature controlled at 10ºC for 25 days. Aging: 50% in new 500L French oak barrels.
