    Barrilário RoseVinification: Vines in schist soil between 200 and 40 meters altitude. Vinification in open vat. Crushing and pressing of the grapes. Must decanted for 24 hours. Fermentation with addition of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15-16ºC. Aged 6 months in French oak barrels
