Description
Description
The grapes to produce this wine come from the Carril vineyard, a vineyard over 70 years old facing north, and from old vines about 100 years old, near Quinta de Nápoles. Batuta results from a delicate vinification, with prolonged macerations, but with little extraction where every detail is carefully considered to obtain a complex, fine, and elegant wine. It is full of concentration, typical of the old vines of Douro, but simultaneously fresh and delicate.
