    Description

    Vinification of Beyra Jaen Red Wine 2018: Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 20 days. Aging for 8 months in French oak barrels 2/3 and American 1/3. Unfiltered wine, subject to deposit formation with age.
