Vinification of Beyra Reserva Red Wine 3 Liters: Hand-picked grapes, total destemming reception and immediate crushing. Fermentation between 22 - 26 ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. Aging for 8 months in new French oak barrels 1/3 and American 2/3.
