    Description

    Vinification of Beyra Sauvignon Blanc Wine: Grapes hand-picked, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 16-17ºC for about 20 days. Aging with lees stirring – ‘batonnage’ for 15 days, followed by bottle aging for 5 months.
