    Description

    Origin: Parcel of very old vineyard from Prado Novo, in the parish of Vermiosa, clay-limestone soil with quartz veins, at 700 meters altitude. Vinification of Beya Síria White wine: Manual harvest. Crushing without destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging: Aging with lees stirring - "batonnage" until bottling at the end of February, followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
