    Description

    Vinification of Borba Red Wine: in the cellar, after destemming and crushing the grape, the alcoholic fermentation process begins, followed by maceration for 6 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
