Description
Vinification of Borges Quinta da Soalheira Branco: after 12 hours of skin maceration, the grapes were gently pressed, using only the must from the low-pressure draining obtained. This was followed by the clarification of the must, after which fermentation begins at a controlled temperature between 16-17 ºC. After the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages on the fine lees for 4 months.
