Borges Quinta Da Soalheira Rosé 2023

Vinification of Borges Quinta da Soalheira Rose: after a selective harvest, where the bunches from the freshest and most balanced vineyards were carefully selected, ensuring the ideal freshness for the wine, a careful and delicate pressing followed, using only the must from low-pressure draining. After the must clarification, fermentation began at a controlled temperature between 14-16 ºC. After the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees for 4 months.
