    Description

    Vinification of Burmester Red Wine: The vinification was carried out with total destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, at a controlled temperature between 23 and 25°C. Part of the batch ages for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
