Description
Vinification of Cadao Reserva Branco Wine: Manual harvest, with optimal ripeness criteria and carefully selected grapes. Brief pre-fermentative maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation with temperature control of 12-14ºC in stainless steel tanks, thus producing more elegant wines with preserved aromas. Sur lies aging (fine lees) with bâtonnage in French oak wood.
