Description
Vinification Caminhos Cruzados Encruzado Reserva White: Manual harvest in 20 Kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the musts are sent to a pneumatic press where the separation of the must from the skins is done, then subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, aged about 12 months in French oak barrels, some new and some used.
