Vinification of the Campolargo Borga Brut Sparkling Wine 2016: joint alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperature control, a small part fermented in used French Oak barrels. Followed by the classic method of second fermentation in bottle with aging in cellar up to 48 months.
