Description
Vinification of Carlos Reynolds Red Wine: Main focus on grape quality. Integrated production with several selective thinnings to reduce yield to 4,000kg/ha. Night harvest and sorting by grape variety. Fermentation of the berries, cleaned and separated by variety without crushing, in French oak vats Seguin Moreau, with controlled temperature and over a long period. Indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in Seguin Moreau barrels by variety, lasting 12 months. Minimal application of sulfites. Blending of varieties, bottling, and aging of the wine in the bottle for 1 year on the estate.
