Description
Vinification of the CARM Maria de Lourdes red wine: In the cellar, with the most modern technology and total temperature control. Grapes that were not in perfect condition were removed. Total destemming and gentle crushing and thermal shock were carried out, without the addition of sulfur dioxide, followed by a high extraction maceration at 21ºC for 8 days; Malolactic fermentation carried out at the beginning of fermentation to obtain clean and complex aromas. Aging: 24 months in French Oak Barrels
