Description
Vinification of Carm Rosé Wine: clusters that were not in perfect condition were removed, the grapes were vinified with total destemming, gentle crushing, followed by a clarification period of about 48h depending on the ripeness state. The alcoholic fermentation took place at temperatures between 12º and 16º for a long period, with the wines aging in stainless steel on fine lees until bottling.
