    Vinification: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel tanks (50%) and in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. Aging: 50% of the wine aged in used French oak barrels
