    Vinification of Casa Relvas Syrah without color: Manual harvest. Total destemming. The grapes are gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery, without skin maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days. Aged 4 months "sur lies"
