Description
Casa Velha BrancoVinification: Manual harvest. Selection of white grapes from some of the best plots and varieties of the Favaios plateau. Cold pre-fermentative maceration followed by pressing in a low-pressure pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperature (16ºC) entirely in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 6 months with constant stirring of the fine lees (20% in used barrels / 80% in stainless steel)
