Description
Vinification of Casa Velha Samarrinho BrancoHarvested in the first week of September, in 20Kg boxes, pre-fermentative maceration of 72 hours in a cold chamber, followed by pressing and decanting. Ferments at 16ºC for 20 days in a stainless steel tank. The previously separated lees are kept cold for a few weeks, later the clean must resulting from the lees ferments separately, making the batch by incorporating this wine fermented from fine lees. Aging for 6 months with fine lees in suspension.
