Quinta Pacheca Reserve Old Vines Red Set 3 2022

After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested into 25 kg crates and sent to the wine production center, where they were completely destemmed. Fermentation took place over 9 days in traditional 7-ton granite stone tanks with foot treading and smooth remontage for cap leaching and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to 2nd-year French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation occurred and it was aged for about 18 months.
