Duorum Vinha dos Muros WhiteVinification: Upon arrival at the Winery, the grapes are carefully selected and subjected to cold maceration for twelve hours. After gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation follows at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC Aging: In stainless steel tanks with fine lees in suspension, and 25% aged for four months in second and third year French oak barrels.
