The grapes are harvested during the cooler parts of the day, arriving at the cellar fresh and intact. They are then selected and sorted according to the qualities the winemaking team desires for the batch to be produced. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats after a long skin contact period. At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it remains for at least 4 months, ensuring the development of some complexity without ever losing its varietal aromas.
