    Vinification of Esporao Reserva White Wine: Destemming, thermal shock, skin maceration, pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation with controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and in new American and French oak barrels. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and in new American and French oak barrels on fine lees.
