Description
Winemaking of the Esporao Reserva Red Wine 2020 of 5 Liters: separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, concrete vats, and small marble treading tanks, with controlled temperatures, pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging: 12 months in American oak barrels (60%) and French oak barrels (40%). After bottling, an additional 8 months of aging in the bottle followed.
