Description
Sparkling Wine Maria João Grand Cuvee Brut Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, where only the free-run juice was used. The clarification was natural static and the alcoholic fermentation occurred at 18ºC. Sparkling wine production by the classic method. It matured for at least 60 months in the cellar (sur lie) and 6 months in the bottle after disgorging.
