Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, it reveals aromas of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter biscuit, and beeswax, in a rich and complex palette. On the palate, it offers a very fresh attack, excellent texture, and creamy mousse, with good flavor persistence. It pairs perfectly with oysters, fish, white meats, or cheeses.
