Black-orange Mechanical White Tape

After the first gentle pressing, the grapes still have 10 to 15% juice. We let those grapes macerate for 7 days and then pressed again to extract more juice, more concentrated. This juice was spontaneously fermented. The result is disconcerting, unruly, disruptive, disturbing... in a very delicious way. It's not a movie, it's a wine. It's our A Clockwork Orange, as life sometimes applies an anguishing pressure that we only try to endure. Here, we transfer the mechanical pressure to the skins, which is quite a healthy way to cope.
