Gazela

Gazela is a Vinho Verde with a smooth, light, and refreshing flavor that goes well with life. Gazela is an unpretentious wine, a renewed classic that confirms the full potential of the region to create light and captivating wines, ideal for everyday life. Gazela is produced at the Quinta de Azevedo winery, a magnificent estate owned by Sogrape near Barcelos, in the Vinhos Verdes region. The hand-picked grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. The resulting must is separated from the skins in pneumatic presses and subjected to static settling for 24 hours, properly protected from oxidation, until the desired level of clarity is reached. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 16ºC.
