Description
Description
Vinification of Grambeira Branco: Having immediately undergone a selection process in the vineyard, the grapes are hand-harvested and transported to our winery in 20kg boxes. After another careful selection on our sorting table, the grapes are sent whole to the pneumatic press where they are gently pressed. The must is then cold-settled for 48 hours, followed by racking into stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately.
