Grão Vasco White 2024

Grão Vasco Branco is a light and lively wine that combines the classic elegance of Dão white wines with great versatility for daily consumption. Grão Vasco is a reference brand that delivers the flavor of authentic Dão wines. After gentle destemming and crushing, and pressing in pneumatic presses, the must, properly protected from oxidation by the use of inert gases, underwent static decantation at low temperature for a period of 24 hours to achieve the desired clarity. The different grape varieties that originated this must were then vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (16ºC) for about 15 days. Grão Vasco Branco is bottled shortly after a brief aging of about 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
