Description
White GuruDesigned with old vines about 71 years old with Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho and Gouveio. Vines with North exposure at about 600 meters altitude. Vinification: The harvest took place in perfect atmospheric conditions between August 17 and 25. The grapes, properly selected and destemmed, were pressed in a pneumatic press and fermentation took place in 8% new French oak barrels, for 8 weeks at low temperatures and aged in the same barrels for 8 months with “battonage”.
