    Description

    Vinification of Herdade das Servas Arinto Branco Wine: After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decantation for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank with temperature control. Aging: once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine ages “sur lies” in a stainless steel tank for three months.
