Description
Vinification of the Herdade do Sobroso Barrique Select (Reserva) White Wine: The grapes were hand-harvested and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with total destemming and gentle crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 25 days. Maturation on fine lees for 3 months and partial aging in French oak barrels.
