Description
Description
The “Herdade do Rocim” Verdelho is a genuine wine, produced from the passion of generations who have always had the greatest respect and tenderness for the land. Produced from the Verdelho grape variety. Vinification: Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes. After a period of cold skin maceration, it fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, for 18 days. After bottling, the wine aged in the bottle for a period of three months.
