Hexagon Red 2017

Hexagon Tinto is a red wine from Portugal, from the Setúbal Peninsula, crafted by the producer Jose Maria da Fonseca. Made from the grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Syrah, Trincadeira, Tinto Cão, and Tannat, it reveals aromas of blueberries, violet, plum, and blackberries, with hints of truffle and oak as support, in a harmonious, elegant, lively, and balanced profile. On the palate, it is fruity, elegant, and full but smooth, with notes of French oak wood; the tannins are present and well polished. The finish is long, first highlighting the acidity of Tinto Cão and then that of Tannat. A red wine of character and sophistication, ideal for special moments. Available at Azdrinks.
