J.p.ramos Petrichor White 2022

The grapes are handpicked early in the morning into small boxes to preserve their freshness, then cooled in a refrigerated chamber before being vinified. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are carefully selected on the sorting table, then destemmed, gently crushed, and transferred to 3000-liter oval cement vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place with controlled temperature. This is followed by post-fermentation maceration for seven months.
