Description
After several experiments in the vineyard and winery, the winemakers produced this fortified wine. After pressing, the must settled for 48 hours before racking and the addition of grape spirit (77.6%). The fortified wine aged for three years in used French oak barrels. Made from the Fernão Pires grape variety, this wine has an intense floral aroma, and on the palate it is elegant and persistent. Serve at 15ºC accompanying cured cheeses, dried fruits, or desserts.
