Description
Vinification of Luis Pato AM White: Produced from grapes of the Bical variety in clay-limestone soil, Cerceal and Sercialinho in sandy soil, which were harvested in the second week of September, and were subjected to the concentration technique (MOLECULAR). The fermentation of the must was stopped (STOPPED) by refrigeration. It is an excellent wine as an aperitif or accompanying fruit salad or lightly sweet fruit desserts.
