Description
Description
Vinification of Marques de Borba Vinhas Velhas White Wine: the grapes are handpicked early in the morning into small boxes to preserve freshness. The grapes are cooled in a cold chamber before being vinified. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After 1/3 of the alcoholic fermentation, the must is transferred to new and used barrels where fermentation is completed.
