Description
Vinification of Meia Encosta White Wine: After arriving at the winery, the grapes are pressed, using only the free-run must. This is followed by a cold static settling, after which the must is separated from the lees. Fermentation begins at a controlled temperature between 12-14 ºC. After the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages on the fine lees for 4 months.
