    Description

    Vinification of Monte da Ravasqueira Reserva da Família White Wine: Selection carpet of bunches. Pressing in pneumatic press at 2ºC. Both Alvarinho and Viognier ferment in stainless steel tanks with transfer to French oak barrels (20% new / 80% used). Subsequent aging at low temperatures remaining on the lees with light batonnage for 5 months before bottling.
