Vinification of the Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos Vinhas Velhas 2021: After manual harvest and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 8 hours, preceded by a light pressing and 48 hours of decantation. Indigenous fermentation, without temperature control, and aging for 7 months in used barrels.
